Q: Why should I buy from Funfinity?
 
A: We only sell NEW items. We have over 50,000 happy customers from our retail store, website, and other shopping services (like Amazon).  We offer toll-free customer support (801-318-0795).  We are a professional, family-run business committed to providing our customers with products and service that are best in class!
 
 
 
 
Q: Can I pay in any other manner than through Amazon?
 
A: Items purchased on this website must be paid for through the Amazon checkout process.  If you prefer to pay in a different manner, give us a call at 801-318-0795.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
 
A: Yes!  We can wrap your item(s) in classic brown paper wrapped with a cord for $4 per item.  You can also include a Gift Message with the Package.  When you checkout, you will be able to add Gift Wrapping to your purchase.


 
 
Q: What is your return policy?
 
A: Merchandise can be returned in new/resalable condition within 30 days of receipt for store credit good towards any Funfinity product or for a refund.  All shipping charges are paid by the customer. Call 801-318-0795 or email us to arrange details before returning items.
 
 
 

Q: Do you combine shipping?
 
A: Yes! Shipping and Handling charges depend on the total weight of your purchase.  You can see the shipping charges table by clicking on the Shipping tab above.  To take advantage of combined shipping, wait and checkout until you are done shopping.


 
 
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
 
A: Orders are typically process and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of your payment.  Delivery time depends on the shipper you choose - typically in the US, items arrive in 4-8 business days.
 
 
 


Q: What is your Amazon feedback policy?
 
A: We leave Positive Feedback after the transaction has been completed and we have received feedback from you. PLEASE call 801-318-0795 or email us to resolve any issues or concerns prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback! We work hard to avoid making mistakes, but if we do, we make it right!
 
 
 

Q: Can I pick my internet purchase up in your retail store?
 
A: No, we do not allow pick up of internet purchases in our retail store which is located at 164 So Main in Springville Utah.
 
 


Q: Is my item always in stock?
 
A: We process our online sales out of our retail store inventory. We work hard to keep inventory up-to-date online - but we can run out of stock in our retail store before online purchases have been processed. If this happens, you will have the option of waiting for the item to come back in stock (usually 4-8 days) or receiving a full refund.
