 Wonderful toy, a favorite!Jul 13, 2009
I bought this for my daughter when she was a baby, and it was her favorite toy for at least a year, if not longer. She's now 7 and she still insists on keeping it as a "memento" of her baby years. The version I bought was a little different than this one. Mine was machine washable, and has went through the wash many times. It looks as good today as it did when we bought it. I hope the current version is the same. What a great toy!

This product was a hand me down from my sister and was used by my first two and now our third. They loves the toy, but just this evening when I went to check on the baby I found one of the strechy pulls wraped around his neck. I don't think he was suffocating (yet), although he was definitely struggling to get free. I had the toy hanging in the crib, which I think made things worse since it was essentially acting as a noose once it got wrapped around. I don't know if the newer version of the toy has sorter pulls, but in any case I will alert the CPSC tomorrow.

The perfect multi-sensory toy. I have given it to numerous friends as shower gifts and it always turns out to be a favorite of the baby's.

I love amazon, and hate to down it....BUT, I found this same toy at a local party/toy store for only $13. Shop around a little before getting this. Other than that, I'm going to give this to my friend for her baby shower, but it looks very entertaining and is plushy-soft!

My daughter is 3 months old and she adores Celeste. She talks to it, tries to grab the star. She has so much fun. This is just a wonderful toy. I bought this when she was a month old but now she has taken more of liking to it. This is a wonderfully made toy and very colorful. A definite plus.
